Friday, 15th August: Hot Water Down on East Jetty
The Heating and Hot Water are currently not working on the East Jetty.
Everybody can use the west jetty shower blocks.
If anyone has a mobility problem, please ring the Marina Office and they'll arrange a temporary berth near the West Jetty showers.
Premier Marinas apologizes for the inconvenience and hopes to have it fixed by Monday 18th.
Non BMBHA Event - SailnetUK Marina Challenge
When: Tuesday 26th August 2-5pm
Where: SailnetUK
Come and race against us using our Sigma 8 Yachts.
Apart from the pleasure of beating the SailnetUK team, the winner will receive a bottle of champagne (although beating SailnetUK is highly unlikely, so you’ll probably be drinking water). We look forward to your nervous and intimidated response.
Additional information. You will need to submit one team of five, and each team must include a qualified skipper. If you do not have a skipper, then we can provide you with one, and your team will number four people.

'What Surveyors Do'
Ted Neame, Marine Surveyor and Consultant, will take us through what types of survey there are and what is involved in surveying boats.
Tuesday 2nd September 2008 7:30pm - 10pm, in the Brighton Marina Yacht Club.
£5 per person includes supper.
Southampton Boat Show
BMBHA have organised a coach trip to the Southampton Boat Show on Saturday 20th September.
The coach will depart from the marina at 8am and return from Southampton at 5pm.
The cost is just £12.00 per person (
does not include entry to the show).
Please note: Seat belts must be worn where supplied - No alcohol on the coach
