We’re pleased to post that Premier have agreed not to implement the changes but to rather enforce the existing rules and regulations more vigilantly. A time limit on how long a vehicle can be parked in any one spot will come into operation to help control dumped cars. As yet that time period is uncertain but we will let you know as soon as we do.
